well the ceo is supposedly connected to the kmafia so maybe he just duncurr about what's gotten out so far bc he has enough power+connections to back him up? se's revenue isn't fandriven and seems to rely more on kwanghee/siwan/hyungsik/dongjun's public recognition, and the general public isn't really aware of this bad stuff in the way that fans are
