da but i can relate. it feels like such a waste to go there, talk, and have absolutely nothing change. and it's frustrating because everyone's like "go get help" which is exactly what i've tried to do but so far no one's ever been able to help. op, maybe you can consider trying another therapist and seeing if it goes any better? in my personal experience most therapists haven't been helpful but you will never know unless you try
