idol producer season 1 was so funny and nonsensical, so im sad to hear season 2 is boring, but when they made that old ass uniq member center i was like :/ this is off to an interesting start

IP season 1 was boring tho? it basically opened with them being like 'btw here are the top 7 who are definitely debuting, yah they're all pretty much boring and we are gonna do our very best to make sure theres never any question as to who is winning #1 but you guys can pick the dregs ig' and then somehow the viewing audience looked at like bu fan and jeffrey and were like hmmm no what the group really needs is even less personality and talent, these won't do

not that it really matters because 9% are not even a group so much as a set of endorsement models but still lmao

buuuuut I do agree ip2 seems even more boring. the trainees all seem so similar to each other and the twists they've introduced just makes sure the popular ones will stay popular and no one will get a chance to rise
