rme it is legitimate bc that's how yt works
if people really had a problem with it they'd ask yt for a clarification but it's clear people are just butt hurt over their fans not owning a record in the kpop world

DA it's legitimate youtube-wise in that it's not against any rules but buying a lot of ads does not mean legitimate popularity

yt views never translate into popularity in rl anyway, there are groups that have high mv views without ads but that doesn't mean people outside of the internet care about them

yeah but even on the internet people dgaf about everglow. they failed to make chart impact anywhere and music is all on the internet now w/ streaming

their numbers on spotify aren't that bad, korean charts are as always sth different

"not bad" =/= the amount of popularity theyd need to get that view count organically

so did they buy ads for their performances and fancams too? no one's denying yuehua helped out with ads but now people are actually checking for them
