eh i wouldnt go that far necessarily, but admittedly early produce s2 was really struggling for a plot outside of 'mmo gossip squad is fun' and 'moonbok is taking being kind of bad at this in his stride and seems like a very nice person' because so many of the top rankers and people they wanted to push are pretty inert personalities. and it was the first pity party edit so it was novel

but producejp has managed to rustle up a really likeable memorable crop with nice interactions and positive vibes that id like to see much more of in comparison, so its more frustrating because we've seen this same plot play out so many times now, it's played out, it locks out 1/2 debut slots almost immediately, and it pm made producex unwatchable
